VEUcan Ltd

VEUcan specialises in providing Disability Awareness Workshops to schools combining visual and physical activities with first hand experience to allow participants to expand their knowledge of various disabilities such as Blindness for themselves. Activities include attempting to re-stack Russian Dolls whilst blindfolded using the voice of another as a guide.

We provide talks to organisations and charities about the different aspects of a disabled persons life ranging from independent living, moving to university and dealing with personal relationships. These are devised from a wealth of personal experiences that he has gained during his life.

Client-focused mentoring services is also offered to both families and organisations. Families are able to receive first hand advice from someone that has been in similar situations to themselves. Advice is also available to organisations and schools who may find it hard to address certain issues, especially in young people.
